Personal Training Services

Introductory Trainging Package - 13 sessions $35/session

I know you're thinking about getting in shape or improving something about your health or fitness (otherwise you wouldn't be reading this) but still have reservations. This package allows you to test drive a month of personal training sessions for an introductory price of $35. This package includes a consultation, 1 fitness assessment and 12 personal training sessions. By the end of this package you will have direction in the form of a basic 1 phase exercise program, a nutritional program, knowledge of proper exercise technique and knowledge of your physical fitness and how long it will take to achieve your goals. Most importantly it will give you a chance to get to know me and to discover what I can offer. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

 

One On One

12 sessions - $60/session

36 sessions - $50/session

Two On One

12 sessions - $35/session

36 sessions - $30/session

 

Weight Loss Services

Weight Loss Program - $150

Lose up to 2 lbs a week with my weight loss program. This includes a consultation, a fitness assessment and an easy to follow meal plan and nutritional program.

 

Fitness Consulting Services

Be Your Own Trainer Package - $299

Getting in shape doesn't have to involve paying for a gym membership, buying expensive exercise equipment or countless sessions with a personal trainer: it just involves having the right knowledge and applying it and of course having the motivation to train. This package is a supervised independent program where you train at home while periodically checking in with me so that I can teach you proper exercise form and technique, modify the exercises, assess your progress and keep you on track. This package will be specifically tailored to your needs and limitations and will give you everything you need to know to achieve your ultimate weight loss and fitness goal in just 7 months. This is by far the most effective option for anyone who is serious about getting in shape and can work independently but doesn't know where to start or how to proceed. You won't need to purchase any fancy equipment or join a gym. All you will need is your body, some will power and of course my expert guidance and instruction.

 

Post Rehab Conditioning

I design and administer specific exercise programs that help to improve functional impairments caused by any number of conditions or injuries. I also work with special populations and post-surgical clients.

 

Getting rid of back pain

I provide a spinal stabilization exercise program to strengthen specific muscles in the midsection of the body to reduce and prevent back pain. A spinal stabilization program has been shown to be more effective for treatment of low back problems than manual physical therapy -Medscape Article. The length of the program is 8 sessions and will provide you with skills and knowledge to improve your condition and to prevent it from recurring.
